Getting Started
Choose the right request and give us enough context to make the first response useful.
What can VP Promotion help me plan?
We handle VIP table requests, select nightlife guest lists, birthday plans, private and corporate events, venue sourcing and hospitality tied to a night, event or weekend.
Which inquiry should I use?
Use the VIP table request for reserved nightlife seating, the guest-list application for select nights and the private event request for dinners, celebrations, corporate gatherings, private spaces and larger events. If your request crosses categories, send the event brief or contact us directly.
What information should I include?
Include the date, group or guest count, occasion, preferred atmosphere or location, budget range and any venue or timing preferences. A clear brief makes our first response more useful.
Does submitting a form confirm my booking?
No. A website submission is an inquiry only. Availability, acceptance, pricing and final requirements must be confirmed separately.
VIP Tables and Guest Lists
What to expect when requesting a table or applying for a select New York guest list.
How does VP Promotion choose which venues to recommend?
We consider the date, crowd, music, group size, occasion, expected spend, table location and arrival needs. You can request a specific venue, but we may suggest alternatives when another room fits the group better.
How are VIP table minimums determined?
Minimums are set by the venue and vary by date, demand, group size and table location. Exact pricing, taxes, gratuity and inclusions should be reviewed before confirmation.
Can you check same-week or last-minute availability?
Yes, when availability allows. Earlier requests offer more choice, especially on Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and major event weekends.
How is a guest list different from a VIP table?
A confirmed table provides reserved space subject to the venue's final terms. A guest-list application is selective and does not guarantee placement or entry. Capacity, arrival time, dress code and other venue rules still apply.
Birthdays, Private and Corporate Events
Flexible planning for intimate occasions, company gatherings and larger venue-based events.
Can you help with both intimate gatherings and larger events?
Yes. We handle requests ranging from private dinners and birthday groups to corporate gatherings and venue-based events. The guest count and brief determine the right format.
Can you source a venue and coordinate the surrounding hospitality?
Venue sourcing and comparison can be part of the process. Depending on the request, dining, transportation, guest movement and related hospitality may also be coordinated.
Do you offer fixed event packages?
Events are scoped around the date, guest count, venue, budget and level of support required. We provide relevant options and terms after reviewing the brief instead of placing every client into the same package.
Confirmation and Venue Policies
The details that should be clear before your reservation or event is finalized.
What will I receive before I confirm?
Final details may include the reservation name, minimum or event terms, arrival instructions, timing and venue-specific requirements. The exact information depends on the service and venue.
Who sets entry, dress code, capacity and arrival rules?
Each venue sets and enforces its own policies. We communicate the applicable requirements, but the venue controls admission, capacity and on-site rules.
